Residents of the areas surrounding the new Apple Park are in luck because their homes have revalued to the point of becoming the most expensive square meters in all of Sunnyvale . Today we know that a two-bedroom house has sold for two million dollars , a fortune that has been achieved just because it is a walk from the new offices of Apple. It is a house that is relatively small compared to many of the houses that are in that area, although in the eyes of many of us can be a large house in general. However, in no case is a house that can be sold for so much money if it were located in something else. It is simply its location that makes it so valuable.
