Zattoo TV already supports multitasking on iOS in September

Last week surprised the arrival of Skype for iOS multitasking September , an update that gave us the possibility to make video calls and discussions with our families while we look at Facebook, we review trends on Twitter or for example, work Trello in our projects or Basecamp.

Other applications such as Pixelmator, Star Walk 2 or Facebook Messenger also includedsupport with multitasking in iOS functionality integrated into 9 Slide Over and Split View. But this time it is the turn to a video streaming app: Zattoo Live TV!

Zattoo Live TV is a free application that is compatible with both iPhone and iPad, thanks to her we see the TV online and direct, although it is true that many DTT channels missing from Spain, but they are available the 1, La 2 or Discovery Max, among others.

Zattoo Live TV allows us to watch TV while using other apps

As we await the expected arrival of YouTube (or other video playback applications) to multitasking that provides Slide View and Split Over iOS in September, we can enjoy watching TV and using other apps with Zattoo Live TV.

We have been testing and implementing Zattoo on an iPad Air 2 with iOS multitasking 9. The most interesting thing is that, besides being able to use several apps at once can use the picture-in-picture function for the online television video in the foreground as you can see in the picture below.

Best of multitasking is, without doubt, the ability to surf the web with Safari while using other applications such as in this case, watching TV.

Recall that the Split View functionality is only compatible with Mini iPad 4, iPad 2 and iPad Air Pro. While Slide Over function is compatible with iPad Air, Air 2, iPad Mini 2, 3 and 4.
